Belle & Co. has teamed up with 'The Cocktail Broker' (@thecocktailbroker) to create some delightful and easy to prepare alcohol free cocktails.

Hugo

A harmonious blend of botanicals and fruits unite in the Hugo, promising a sip of springtime in every glass.
Serves: 1
Preparation time:2mn

Ingredients
● 50ml Elderflower cordial ● 6-10 Fresh mint leaves ● 50ml Apple juice ● 15ml Fresh lime juice ● And finish with Belle & Co.

Method
1. Add ice to a large wine glass, add all of the ingredients and stir well.
2. Top it up with Belle & Co Sparkling Rosé.
